A few years ago, my mother-in-law was diagnoses as terminally ill and, shortly thereafter, passed away. Although I was many, many miles away from an RBFCU location, I called the service center to request a loan to pay for my mother-in-law's funeral.
During my call, I quickly realized how much "my credit union" values its members. The customer service representative was empathetic, respectful, cordial, and expedited my request before I hung up the phone.
This is but one instance when my credit union has been "humanly" responsive to my needs and, hence, I treasure my membership with RBFCU.
